- How do I place an order using your Online Shop?

Have a little look around our virtual boutique and choose your favourite things.
Then pop each one into your Shopping Cart by clicking on the Add To Cart button.
You can see what items you have in your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the View Cart button. This is located at the top right hand corner of each page.
Once you have finished looking around our Online Shop and are happy with the goods in your Shopping Cart, click on the Checkout button to be directed to a secure area of the website where your order can now be processed.
Here your delivery details will be taken and your Credit or Debit Card payment will be collected by Paypal, our 100% secure Merchant Bank. You do not need to have a Paypal account to send us your payment. After clicking ‘Checkout’, just click the blue ‘Continue’ link on the left hand side to send us your payment without signing up to a Paypal account. - You have been given a Gift Voucher for our store... Can you spend it in our online shop?

What a lovely gift!
Yes you can use your Gift Voucher as a form of payment for Mail Order. Just choose your favourite things from our website and then place your order with us over the telephone on 01263 XXX0X0. (See above FAQ.) You will need to quote the Mail Order Code on the voucher when placing your order. We will be expecting your call!
- How much is Postage & Packing?
- We have found over the past year that most of our online customers only buy single items. (Usually as a new baby gift or a last minute birthday present!)
Therefore we have now decided to charge postage on a ‘per item’ basis.
All items are wrapped in stripe tissue paper and packaged in Tough Sac mailing bags so that your goods arrive in perfect condition.
Throughout the Online Shop you will find grey postage symbols which will tell you the cost of Postage & Packing for each particular item dependent upon weight and resulting parcel size.
- Postage & Packing is generally charged at £2.95 throughout the Online Shop
- Although small items such as socks and hats will be posted for as little as £1.95 or £2.55
- Heavier items (such as books and blankets) will be posted for around £3.95 to £4.95 dependent on weight
- International buyers, shipping can be arranged for delivery outside the UK upon request. We will charge shipping dependent upon parcel size/weight.
We use Royal Mail for all our parcels. Items are usually sent using the ‘Signed For’ recorded delivery service.
Standard Royal Mail delivery usually takes 2 working days from day of despatch. If you require the item in a hurry, please place your order over the telephone on 01263 XXXXXX and we will despatch your parcel the same day using a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service via Royal Mail.
We are sorry, Georgie & Blu cannot accept any responsibility for late delivery via third parties. We always keep a Proof Of Posting Certificate for every parcel sent out to our customers.
- What is our Returns Policy?
- You may return any full-priced item to us within 7 days of purchase for a full ‘No Quibble’ refund.
The item must be returned to us in a saleable condition with all its original tags and packaging still intact.
Your refund will be given using the original method of payment.
Proof of purchase will be required in most circumstances.
After 7 days we will offer you the choice of an exchange or a Credit Note. Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase to qualify.
